Abandon's Chef's Table: Big Changes Ahead!

2016 will be an exciting year for us at Abandon’s Chef's Table - we have big improvements on the horizon! We won't be hosting a January event, as we want to focus on implementing these changes, but it's all good news from here! Before I dish on the details, I want to share a quick recap of December's Chef's Table event:

We finally received some chilly weather that evening, which paired perfectly with the hot and fresh Asian street fare-inspired dishes on our menu. Thirteen guests joined us in Riverview, where our good friends Mike and Corrine opened their home to our final 2015 event.

This event was a special one, as we offered a smaller, prix fixe menu of three dishes inspired by Asian street fare.

Autumn Roll: Roasted duck, cumin, cellophane noodles and chicken hearts wrapped in steamed cabbage and served with a roasted tomato, pepper and garlic sauce with a sweet and sour base.

Banh Xeo: Vietnamese crepe stuffed with bean sprouts, pork belly and shrimp.

Chef Chanse's special Laos-style pho.

Now, on to the good news! We at Abandon's Chef's Table are so excited to announce that we will have a beautiful space to host our events beginning February! We're keeping the location a secret for our next guests, but we cannot wait to host you at our new location. So don't miss out - be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest news and upcoming event dates!
