Outdoor Eats at Trophy Fish St. Pete

St. Pete's first fish house is officially open off of Central Ave., and I got a chance to snag a sneak peek on all that this new concept has to offer. At an influencer dinner hosted by Trophy Fish last week, my friend, John, and I got a sip and taste of the delicious cocktails and bites offered, at the outdoor bar brimming with excitement, despite the recent torrential downpour that had just occurred. If You Like Piña Colada... | Served in a pineapple hull with Appleton Reserve Rum, tangerine, vanilla sea salt coconut cream, caramelized pineapple and garam masala

Hushpuppies

Smoked Fish Spread

FIn & Tonic | A Spanish style gin and tonic crafted with Hendricks Gin, Thatcher’s Elderflower, citrus peel, juniper berries, cucumber and fresh flowers

Blackened Red Snapper Tacos

Blackened Grouper Salad

I ended up having to box my salad and rush home since I'd left Sadie at home all day (I know, bad pup-parent), but when I did get settled on the couch and dove in, I was incredibly impressed by how fresh both the grouper and the greens were - the vinaigrette dressing was the perfect complement, and I absolutely recommend ordering it!
